Hi everyone. Well, the 4th of July has come and gone. Before we know it, it'll be August. I can't believe how fast time is flying. The holiday weekend was really nice. It was also very busy and I haven't scrapped in so long. I do have some pictures to share though.
I had off Friday and we went to my sister's house in Long Island, NY. On the way home at night Michael took some shots of passing cars and buildings on the expressway. This is one of my favorite shots, it's so cool:

The 4th of July was really nice. We spent the afternoon at Peddler's Village in Lahaska, PA which is a cute village with all different shops. If you're ever in the area you should definately spend the day there. They also have a great scrapbook shop Creative Inkling. I tried to be good and only bought myself a couple of things. I'm really trying to cut down on sb shopping sprees. Anyways, we walked around and visited our favorite stores.

After dinner we made our way down to the area where the fireworks display was.
We got a good spot, put down a blanket and had some snacks.
I got a great shot of the sun setting as we waiting for nightfall to come.

Then it was fireworks time, what a great show! It wasn't no Macy's display, but great just the same. This is my best shot, for some reason my pictures didn't come out so hot even with the fireworks setting.

I hope you all had a great holiday!
