My weight loss is going strong but sometimes I get so frustrated that it’s taking so long. It has taken me 3 months to loose just 15 pounds. I really need to just let it go and not be in such a hurry. Now I’ve haven’t even started exercising and I know I really need to. The only exercise I get is walking to and from work each day, but that’s not much. From what I’ve been reading it’s not good to loose weight long term by just changing your eating habits or just exercising, you need to do both. So I’m setting some new goals:
1) I’m going to buy muscle toning sneakers. I got a Payless 20% off coupon the other day, perfect to get some money off these:
2) I’m going to buy a workout video and work out 3 times a week. I want to get either Julian Michael’s 30 Day Shred or maybe a Zumba DVD. The one thing I wanted most with my weight loss was not to spend a lot of money so this will be a good low cost solution to my exercise program, plus walking which is free J
3) Start taking my measurements along with weight loss.
4) I’m stuck in a food rut. I’ve been eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch for the past 3 months. So my final goal is to find new recipes.
