Fitness: I’m seriously on track now – woohoo!!! It’s so funny, I was so gung ho to get started back in January and for some reason I just got so discouraged and I wound up gaining weight. This past weekend Maxwell and I went for a walk/jog and it was so much fun. I want to continue doing that once the weather gets better. I’ve also started back to logging my food intake and making better choices. I think that’s what it comes down to for me, not letting myself go thru this cycle of eating well and then getting discouraged and going back to my old ways. I guess that’s something that I really need to work on.
